Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using DashRoast, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DashRoast. You represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

DashRoast provides an AI-powered analytics review platform. Users upload screenshots of their website or product analytics dashboards, and our service processes them through AI models to generate structured, actionable insights and growth recommendations (referred to as “roasts”).

The service is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the AI-generated output. Features, pricing, and service limits may change at any time without prior notice.

To use certain features of DashRoast, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or through a supported OAuth provider (such as Google). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share, transfer, or sell access to your account to any third party.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to disable accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

DashRoast offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plan users have access to a limited number of AI-generated roasts per month. Paid plans unlock additional features including increased roast limits, multi-image uploads, and access to premium analysis capabilities.

Plan features, limits, and pricing are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that affect existing subscribers. Details of current plans and pricing are available on our Pricing page.

If you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our subscription plans. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following reasonable notice.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.

You agree to use DashRoast in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Upload screenshots or data containing sensitive personal information (PII), protected health information (PHI), financial data, or any information that you are not authorized to share.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or circumvent any security or authentication measures.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service without our prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform or AI processing pipeline.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense your access to DashRoast or any content generated through the service.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates these provisions, including account suspension or termination without notice.

The DashRoast platform, including its website, design, logos, code, algorithms, and all original content, is owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the analytics data, screenshots, and context you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated Output: The AI-generated roast results and recommendations delivered to you are yours to use freely for your personal or business purposes. However, the underlying algorithms, prompts, and processing methods remain our intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DashRoast, its owners, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the AI-generated output.
• Service interruptions, bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DashRoast and its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service for any reason at any time, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, or at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you may not create a new account. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DashRoast operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of DashRoast after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
